"I called to see if I could get squeezed in for a haircut while my friend was watching my son. I was told that there was an opening immediately and I could come right in. I was greeted by hairstylist Yanin when I arrived. I had not gotten a haircut for months and I wanted to get a long bob to freshen up my look. Yanin listened carefully and clarified exactly the length, layering, and style I liked. She is a very good listener and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted.
She carefully cut and styled my hair and explained what she was doing and even game some styling tips along the way. She didn't sell me on any products. I walked out the door an hour later with a fresh cut for $50 (without tip). I will be back to see Yanin!"
